I excel at credit literacy coaching and debt management counseling and have a sound understanding of mortgage underwriting principle as it pertains to pre approvals, purchases, refinancing or renewal of any mortgage transaction in Canada.

In my role as a Residential and  Commercial Real Estate broker,  I conduct real estate and market trend research and prepare promise to purchase, brokerage contract of sales forms and all other legal documents required for the exercise and administration of real estate law in Québec as per the OACIQ guidelines and principles.
